Southeast Asian Archaeology is a weekly newsletter covering the news, recent research, books and announcements related to the archaeology of Southeast Asia. It is a companion to the Southeast Asian Archaeology (SEAArch) website, and is run by Dr Noel Hidalgo Tan. The website contains a wealth of resources for archaeologists, researchers, students and the curious who are interested to learn about the archaeology of Southeast Asia, a region composed of the modern nations of Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Why subscribe?

Every month I curate somewhere between 60-100 news stories from around the internet relevant to the archaeology of Southeast Asia. The weekly newsletter puts them all into one email for easy reading. Never miss a story!
